Most of my current work is focused on initiatives that aim to build the knowledge and skills of teachers in the field of early childhood education. This includes designing and delivering professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions that support educators in enhancing their teaching practices, deepening their understanding of child development, and improving their ability to create nurturing, engaging, and effective learning environments. The goal is to equip teachers with the tools, strategies, and evidence-based practices they need to promote positive outcomes for young children, while also fostering a collaborative community of educators committed to ongoing growth and reflection in their work.
